November 21st - 30th

We had a really fun Thanksgiving holiday.  It was our year to go up north to stay with Morgan's family.  Of course Rylea threw up the day we were leaving, but we figured it was just something she ate and headed up anyway.  We stocked the car with puke bags...which we used three of them.  Ugh.  She was feeling better after a couple of days though.  After Thanksgiving we took the kids to the Museum of Natural Curiosity at Thanksgiving Point.  It's awesome.  I think it will have to be a tradition when we go up there.

 The boys love to play with all the cars and toys at Grandma and Grandpa Hadlocks house.  They did really well this trip.

 And they got to see a little snow.  They had a blast playing in it.  Rylea liked it too.

 For FHE one night I picked up some Gingerbread village kits, it was perfect, there was one for each kid and Morgan and I could help Rylea and Jaron.  It turned out to be really fun.

 Logan and Damon want to build something that they can send to the LEGO magazine.

We had a lot of sickies after Thanksgiving, especially Rylea.  I expect it during this season though.  It's pretty much impossible not to get sick during the winter with 3 kids in school and one in Nursery.  This too shall pass.  :)  I do love the snuggles when they aren't feeling good though.  This month really did fly by fast.

November 11th - 20th

Damon's first Pinewood Derby.  It was a good Derby.  Damon had the Black Pearl and Logan had the Platypus car.

 Rylea has been wanting to sleep by someone at night.  She's been going in to Jaron's room.  He's in the extra room with the bigger bed, so it all works out.

 She has so many cute faces.  Her personality is getting so fun.  She's definitely got her stubborn streak though.

 Damon had a killer tantrum the other day because he smashed a banana all over the floor and a pillow and I made him clean it up.  It was about 2 hours of moaning and whining, but he did finally get it all cleaned up and felt much better after.

 Sometimes the boys fight over who gets to play with Rylea and sometimes she chooses.  Today she chose chess with Logan.  It was really cute watching them play together.

I made this for primary.  It didn't quite have the impact I was hoping for, but it was still fun to make.  I'm sure we'll find a use for it sometime.  I might even be able to use it at home for something too.

Thanksgiving is coming around the corner so fast.  I'm sure the rest of the year is going to fly by.  Until next time....

November 1st - 10th

 Morgan went a rally for Evan McMullin out of curiosity and was able to get a picture.  Pretty fun memory.

 Rylea didn't like the sound of the wheat grinder so she found a bucket and put it over her head and plugged her ears too.

 I was babysitting and let the girls do my hair.

 Rylea is a little swiper just like big brother Jaron.  She pushed the chair to the counter, got herself a fork and started digging in to the pie.

 This was probably the same day.  She was so tired and fell asleep eating her animal crackers.  :)  After I took the picture I did wake her up and make sure she swallowed before falling back asleep again.

 I convinced Grandma to come do a Paint Nite with me.  It's been a fun little treat to go paint something every once in a while.  She had a lot of fun.  I'm excited for the next one.

 Rylea has learned the art of the flop when she doesn't get her way or wants someone to come pick her up or carry her.  However, I have a secret.  I just pull out my magic lasso and pull her in.  She can't resist.  It's hilarious.  We need to figure out how to get it on video.  We will love that memory.

The holiday season is right around the corner.
